Most organizations believe they are measuring progress. They track conversions, lift, audience reach, throughput, and test volume. These metrics appear precise. They give the impression of momentum. Yet none of them indicate whether the organization is learning at a pace that can sustain innovation.
Learning velocity does.
Learning velocity is the speed at which a team can move from question to insight to application. The future of experimentation
The future of experimentation will not be defined by tooling alone. It will be defined by the speed and depth of organizational learning. As AI systems become more capable, the mechanical parts of testing will increasingly be automated. What will matter is the sophistication of the questions humans bring to the process.
